Salmiakkola

We produce Salmiakkola by hand using our own recipe, with the aim of giving you great taste satisfaction. The base is a classic toffee, which we flavour with liquorice powder and salty liquorice (salmiak) to provide a lovely balance between sweet, salty, sour, creamy and quite simply wonderfully good.

Winner of the Sweden's favourite liquorice award for three years in a row at The Liquorice Festival.

One Salmiakkola weighs approx. 30 grams and should be devoured within 20 days of being produced. We always send newly prepared toffee.

Ingredients: cream , sugar, glucose, liquorice powder, salty liquorice, salt, black colouring agent (veg.cara ).
