Terms of purchase
Generally
To place an order in our online store, you need to accept the terms of purchase and our privacy policy. In this policy, you can read how we treat your personal information when you shop with us.
After receiving the order, we will send you an order confirmation as soon as possible by e-mail confirming the order. It is important to state the correct email address, as the order confirmation with your order number will be sent to the address you have stated.
We reserve ourselves for products being sold out as well as any image or writing errors in the online store, in advertisements or other promotional materials as well as product descriptions.
Payment
We use Payson card payment as our payment solution. All prices are given in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include current VAT. Prices do not include shipping charge, which is stated separately. The total price of the order will be displayed before you complete the order and in the order confirmation.
Offers
We do carry out promotions, discount codes and other offers for different products from time to time. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Email
We will send offers and newsletters by email to our customers and if you do not disagree to receive marketing from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us and notifying us that you want to unsubscribe.
Shipping
We ship only to Sweden and to within the EU. Shipping is 45 SEK within Sweden and 95 SEK within the EU. Please note that you must select International delivery for orders outside of Sweden. We cannot deliver orders outside Sweden if the correct shipping fee is not paid. The expected delivery time is normally maximum one week in Sweden, slightly longer for other countries (we ship our products at the beginning of the week, so delivery time depends on when you place your order).
We mainly ship the products with Schenker in Sweden, in some cases by the postal services. To all other countries we ship by the postal services. Before delivery, you will receive a text notification to your phone that shows where and when your order can be picked up or received. It is therefore important that you provide the correct mobile number. You are responsible for receiving or redeeming your order for the time specified in the notice. Packages are primarily collected personally with valid identification and serial number. For unpaid orders, we have the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK for our handling cost of the order and for the return shipping to us.
Right of withdrawal for private individuals
As an individual, you have statutory right to undo your purchase within 14 days. However, there are various exceptions, including for food. Therefore, you have no right of withdrawal when shopping in our online store. Complaint for private individuals When ordering in our online store, you are always entitled to complain of your product if there is something wrong with it. You do this via customer service. If you consider something wrong with the product, please contact us as soon as possible after the error has been detected. In order for the complaint to be valid, it must always be done within a reasonable time after you notice or should have noticed the error. However, we wish you to contact us immediately via Customer Service so that we can correct the error.
