Raspberry and licorice is a great taste combination. Use ithem as a topping over ice cream, as a filling in pastries or garnish your desserts with the caramel sauces.
Our favorite tip is to heat up the Salmiakkola sauce very carefully and serve the raspberry caramel sauce room-tempered. Or vice versa! Serve with vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries.

A unopened jar can be stored at room temperature for about 3 months. Stir the caramel sauce when you open the jar for the first time. Store a open jar in a refrigerator.
